CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6-8 halves chicken breasts
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (3 pkg. box)
1 1/2 sticks butter

Boil chicken (I put mine in pan, cover with foil and cook in oven about 300 degrees about an hour). Cut chicken in small pieces. Put in buttered baking dish (9x13) or smaller if you wish. Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken.

Crush crackers, mix with poppy seed. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt butter and pour as evenly as possible over top. Bake 350 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
