SALMON LOG 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon (red or pink)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion (dry or fresh)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke (optional)

Mix together. Chill several hours or overnight.

3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. minced parsley

Combine pecans and parsley. Roll salmon in mixture. Chill again.
