1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. cooked, drained spinach
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 tbsp. dry onion

Mix and pour into prepared pie shell that has been brushed with Dijon mustard and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve.
