STUFFED FISH ROLLS 
1-1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets

For fish can use sole, flounder, cod, etc.

Bread crumbs (use about 1 c.)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp, cooked and shelled
4 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup
Chopped parsley

Make a stuffing with bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 of the shrimp, 1/2 can soup - add milk to moisten sufficiently. Roll each fish fillet around approximately 1/4 cup stuffing. Place seam side down in buttered baking pan. Mix remaining soup and shrimp together. Add butter, melted and 1 tablespoon lemon and pour over fish. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, uncovered.
