BUTTERBEER

This is the recipe I could find that looks to come the closest to the Universal theme parks version, but I think Harry, Ron, Heromine and Dumbledore would all approve of this one.

4 (12 oz. ea.) cans creme soda
1/4 cup butterscotch syrup
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted

In a large bowl combine cream soda, butterscotch syrup and stir.

In bowl of electric mixer beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar and vanilla extract, then melted butter until no longer streaky.

Ladle Butterbeer into glasses and top with whipped cream mixture and serve.
