CASSEROLE PARTY POTATOES 
9 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream (or more)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp. butter, softened
Paprika

Peel potatoes and cook in small amount of boiling water until tender. Drain. Beat cream cheese with electric beater until soft. Blend in sour cream. Add hot potatoes gradually, and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add more sour cream if needed and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon potatoes into a greased casserole. Brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
