1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Mix together all but cheese and pour over cooked cauliflower. Put in microwave oven and cook 1 minute. Sprinkle cheese over top and allow to melt.
