1 (family size) pkg. brownie mix
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix according to package directions.

CHEESE MIX:

2 sm. (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour = 1/2 c.
4 tbsp. soft butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cheese. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, flour, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 of cheese mix; top with 1/2 of brownie mix, then 1/2 of cheese and other 1/2 of brownie mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
