1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. water
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Blend first 5 ingredients together. Beat in eggs. Mix flour, soda, and salt together and add to mixture. Mix well and spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Place in oven 1 minute. Remove pan from oven and run knife through batter to marbelize. Return to oven and continue to bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
