BELGAIN WAFFLES 
6 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend, scrape sides of blender with spatula. Batter keeps in refrigerator well. Cool waffles, freeze well. Makes 4 to 6 inch Belgain waffles.
