BAKED LOBSTER TAILS (FONDUE)
4 Lobster tails
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of butter
2-3 stripes of bacon (optional)

1. Cut the shell of the tail on the top and pull meat out so it sits on top piggy back style or take the meat out of the shell fully (your choice). Run 3 long cuts down the meat.

2. In saute pan pour wine in and burn off the acholol on medium heat. Then add butter and cheese and stir it around till it becomes nice and soupy.

3. Put the tails in a deep pan and pour the sauté mix over the tails. If you want the bacon also. Cook the bacon up and then chop it up into peices and stuff them into the cut on the lobster tails.

4. Bake in the oven 400°F for about 15 minutes if the are about 7ounce lobster tails.

Also works good with shrimp and pasta baked in the oven.
