CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE 
1 stick butter
3 squares of unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
4 eggs
3 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Mix in a bowl - eggs - beat well. Add Karo syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add chocolate mixture. Pour into 2 Pet Ritz pie shells (have pie shells slightly cooked). Bake pies 25 to 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice milk on each slice.
