LOW CHOLESTEROL MAYONNAISE | |
1/3 c. egg substitute 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. paprika Dash ground pepper 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. vegetable oil Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup oil in blender and blend until just mixed. While blender is on medium speed, slowly add remaining oil in thin stream. Continue to blend until oil is completely absorbed. Use a rubber spatula to keep ingredients moving during mixing if they adhere to sides. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
