LOW - CAL CHIP DIP 
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
Pinch of salt

Blend cottage cheese, milk, and lemon juice in a blender at high speed. Mix onion soup and salt. Let stand several hours in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
