PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peaches, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. reserved peach juice

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg, and milk. Beat at medium speed. Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Place fruit on batter in pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and juice. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon onto batter to 1 inch of edge of pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
