AU GRATIN CHEESE SOUP 
1 pkg. au gratin potatoes with cheese sauce mix
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
3 c. water
2/3 c. diced carrots
2/3 c. diced celery
1 med. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. milk

Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, chicken broth, water, carrots, celery and onion in large saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in milk.
