HONOLULU PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 can sliced pineapple or chunk style
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. water

Brown the chops and pour off drippings. Drain pineapple (save liquid). Mix liquid and teriyaki sauce and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.

Blend 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch. Remove chops and stir cornstarch into sauce, bring to a boil until sauce thickens. Add the pineapple and pour over pork chops. Good with rice or noodles.
