SESAME BAKED CHICKEN 
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper
6 lg. chicken breasts, skinned & boned
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. melted butter

Pour melted butter in a 9"x13" pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Mix crackers and sesame seed. Dip chicken then in the crackers. Put in pan coating them with the butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve with rice and mushroom sauce.
