DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise, salad dressing, or half-and-half
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Put eggs on plate and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
