"TOFU" LOAF | |
1 (1 lb.) block Tofu, cubed 2 eggs, beaten 1 lg. carrot, grated 1 onion, chopped 1 can mushroom soup 3/4 can skim milk 1 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. water chestnuts, diced 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. Lawry seasoned salt 1 to 2 tsp. McKay's seasoning 1/2 to 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 c. Wheaties Braise tofu in oil and soy sauce in skillet for a few minutes. Beat eggs and add grated carrot. Add other ingredients, adding tofu last. Bake in oiled pan at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 8. |
