THICK STRAWBERRY SHAKE 
1/2 c. fresh strawberries or frozen, unsweetened
1/2 c. skim milk
3 packets Equal or a sugar substitute
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately. (If using fresh strawberries, add 3 ice cubes.) 79 calories, 1 (12 oz.) serving.
