JEWISH APPLE PIE 
6 to 8 apples
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice apples. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour. Your choice, before placing in oven: Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on top and bake as directed.
