MIN TOG ORIENTAL SALAD 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
Romaine lettuce
3 to 6 green onions
1 can water chestnuts
1/4 c. whole white sesame seeds
1/2 c. Chow mein noodles

Boil chicken breasts. Chill and cut up. Shread Romaine lettuce. Add green onions and stems and drained water chestnuts. Toast sesame seeds until light brown. 4 tbsp. white vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent 3/4 tsp. curry 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Add and mix together. Mix chicken, onions, water chestnuts and lettuce together. Pour oil mixture on top. Toss. Sprinkle Chow mein noodles on top. Enjoy!
