OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. frying chicken, cut up
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper and seasoning. In shallow pan, combine egg and lemon juice, beat slightly. Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
