CHICKEN DRESSING 
4 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasonings or sage
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Mix ingredients and put in loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
