PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) lg. can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
1 box yellow cake mix

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter. Put pineapple chunks on top of brown sugar. Mix cake mix according to package directions, using pineapple juice and add enough water to make amount of liquid called for. Pour batter over top of pineapple. Bake according to package directions (turn over). Invert on serving tray immediately.
