PECAN CARAMEL ROLL 
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 pkgs. caramels
Chopped pecans

Combine first three ingredients in bowl. Mix with hands until well blended. Shape into logs. Chill in freezer until firm. Melt caramels with 2 tablespoons water in top of double boiler. Roll logs in caramel mixture and then in chopped pecans. Yield: 12 to 13 logs.
