PEPPERONI ROLL 
1/2-3/4 lb. pepperoni
Hot roll mix
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Dissolve yeast included in hot roll mix in 1 cup hot water. Mix 1 egg and add to mix. Stir in roll mix and stir together. Knead dough until smooth. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Split in half and roll out. Place pepperoni and cheeses on dough and roll up tight. Bake for 15-20 minutes on greased cookie sheet at 425 degrees. Makes 2 rolls. Great dipped in pizza sauce.
