PEPPERONI ROLL 
3 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 loaf frozen bread dough
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced pepperoni

Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese and oregano. Roll dough into rectangle approximately 12 x 15 inches. Spread 2/3 of cheese mixture onto dough and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni. Roll up and seal edges. Spread remaining cheese mixture on top. Place on greased cookie sheet or large pan. Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
