COCONUT MERINGUE DROPS 
5 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut

Sift together the sugars and flour. Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add dry ingredients, 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until stiff. Fold in vanilla and coconut.

Drop by a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet that has been paper lined. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
