ASPARAGUS WITH LEMON VINAIGRETTE 
1 lb. fresh asparagus
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Microwave or steam asparagus until crisp-tender. Combine lemon juice, olives oil, salt and pepper. Pour over asparagus while asparagus is still warm. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
