SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
Squash 1 chopped onion 1 chopped green pepper 1 can cream chicken soup 1 egg Pepperidge Farm stuffing 1 stick butter Cook squash and drain. Mix squash, onions, green pepper, soup, and eggs; set aside. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Put half on bottom of 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Put squash mixture on top and other half of stuffing mixture on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
