1 pkg. fudge marble cake mix (reserve marble pouch)
1/3 c. butter, softened

TOPPING:

1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x13" pan. Combine cake mix and butter until crumbly. (Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping.) Press in prepared pan. Blend reserved crumbs, water, eggs and marble pouch until moistened. Stir in marshmallows, nuts and chips. Spread over crumb mixture in pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
