REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
3 lb. cucumbers, sliced
1 lb. onion, sliced
2 peppers, 1 red & 1 green
2 tbsp. salt

Soak for 1 hour. Drain.

SYRUP:

3 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt

Heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Put over pickles and refrigerate.
