1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg
1/2 c. cold coffee
1 c. raisins
2 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 c. flour

Use a 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and continue beating. Add coffee, then sift in dry ingredients. Stir in raisins and apples.
