ZIPPY STEAK AND GRAVY 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cubed beef steaks
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
Hot cooked rice or noodles

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add steaks, one at a time. Close bag securely and shake until well coated. Brown steaks on both sides in hot oil. Drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan. Pour tomatoes and chilies over steaks. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until steaks are tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
