ORANGE BLOSSOMS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. cold water

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate

Combine all ingredients. Mix 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased (small) muffin tins. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While still hot, stick holes in top of each cake with toothpick. Combine all glaze ingredients, apply to cakes.
