BROWNIE CLOVER BLOSSOM WINE 
2 qt. clover blossoms
2 lemons, sliced
2 qt. boiling water
1/2 c. hot yeast (1 cake)
3 lb. sugar
1 egg white

Combine blossoms, lemon and water. Let cool. Add yeast. Let stand overnight and then strain. Add sugar and egg white.
