FROZEN TOMATOES 
4 qts. peeled and chopped tomatoes
2 or 3 chopped green peppers
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
Fresh parsley
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Cool and put in freezer containers. Good in soups, stews, meat loaf, macaroni dishes or just plain stewed tomatoes. If preferred you can put vegetables in the blender and turn on high until liquified, then put in pan and add spices and cook.
