FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 grated carrot
1 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. Set aside 2 hours.

n saucepan combine:

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed

Bring to a boil for 3 minutes then cool. Add cabbage mix. Pack in plastic containers, cover. Freeze. Will keep 1 year.
