1 loaf white bread
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter

Cut off crust from bread; roll flat. Combine cream cheese, egg and 1/4 cup sugar; mix. Spread on bread and roll up corner to corner. Mix 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Dip roll in butter then roll in cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet and freeze for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
