3 c. cooked rice, cooked with chicken bouillon cube in water
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground chicken, gizzards and livers
3 stalks chopped celery
3 chopped onions
3 slices chopped bacon
Salt and pepper
Garlic
Parsley
Green onion tops
Olive oil

Brown meats in olive oil. Remove and saute vegetables. Mix together with rice and seasonings. Mix in onion tops. Great as a side dish for barbecues.
