AUTUMN PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Combine all ingredients. Press into a 9"x13" baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 gallon golden vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix pecans, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add pie filling and softened ice cream. Pour into pie crust. Freeze overnight. Take out 10 minutes before cutting.
