AUTUMN GOLD CAKE 
1 orange cake mix or use a yellow cake mix with 1 tsp. orange flavoring
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Combine and beat 4 minutes. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost as desired. Delicious served plain with vanilla ice cream! Think Spring!

Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cannot get orange cake mix so I mix one box orange jello with the yellow cake mix. Easy, fast and delicious cake when you want something for last minute guests.
