PICANTE SKILLET CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
dried parsley
paprika
salt & pepper
picante salsa (your favorite)

Cover the chicken breasts generously in paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Heat up a greased iron or regular skillet. Cook the chicken to your desire. When the chicken is done, cover the chicken (still in the skillet) with the picante salsa. Move the chicken and coat thoroughly.

Serve with Mexican rice, vegetable, etc.
