CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE 
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Milk Chocolate Glaze
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan.

Combine eggs and almond extract in large bowl and beat with mixer. Add cake mix and pie filling and blend well. (Batter will be thick and lumpy.) Pour into greased pan. Bake about 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly. Pour glaze over top and spread evenly. Cut and serve with whipped or ice cream.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine sugar, butter and milk and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add chips and blend until smooth.
