Par boil chicken until almost done. Cover chicken with marinade and let set in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.

MARINADE:

1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 egg
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
