PINEAPPLE SPARE RIBS 
4 lb. spare ribs, cut in sm. pieces
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 med. size can pineapple (303)
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown spare ribs. Drain. Add all other ingredients in order given. Add water to pineapple juice left from can to just cover ingredients in pan. Cook slow for 45 minutes you can thicken juice with cornstarch to a thin gravy if wanted. Also more brown sugar can be added to make it sweeter.
