SPARE RIB ADOBO | |
1 slab spare ribs 3 cloves garlic 1 lg. onion Salt 12 seeds peppercorn or more 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce Dash of Accent seasoning Slice each spare rib separately and marinate with vinegar, soy sauce and dashes of salt and Accent. Crush garlic, peppercorns and slices of onion. Mix thoroughly and let sit for 20 minutes or more. Place all in a skillet and heat at medium high. Turn over and mix occasionally until ribs are dark or light brown and juice is all gone. Drain excess fat out and serve with cooked boiled rice. BOILED RICE: 1/2 c. rice 1 c. water |
