PARTY CASSEROLE 
1 bunch shallots
1 1/2 garlic cheese roll
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med.-lg. cauliflower
1 sm. bell pepper
1 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2-3 bunches broccoli

Boil vegetables until fork tender, drain on paper towels. Saute onions and bell peppers in butter until tender. Set aside.

Melt cheese in mushroom soup, add sauteed seasonings. In large buttered baking dish alternate layers of vegetables and sauce. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake until bubbly in a 300 degree oven, about an hour.
